This was absolutely great for me. I had kept hearing about Locke & Key and how great it is, but no one was ever saying what the comic was about. I was always told just to read it.

This shotcast told me enough to pique my interest that I want to read the comic and will get the trades because it is a story that interests me that I would want to read.

Nice podcast for a good series. We see that Stephen King's nut didnt fall far from the tree.

I hate to say it, but I was probably "that guy" who told you to read it and couldn't really explain why except that it is awesome!! I was telling a friend about it the other day and the premise sounds really lame when you lay it out there ("there are these keys that open magic doors.....") so in the end I just said "Read it!!" I will give this a listen and this may be my new spot to direct people when I want them to read it.

Regarding spoilers, I am guessing these are just for the first trade?
